My dogs don't live in the kennels and they never will. Considering the Fila's huge need for personal contact with their human family my dogs have a full run in the house, having also a big yard to run and play in. They also enjoy our daily walks in the forest and by the sea. In the puppyhood we also go to the puppy socialisation/obedience classes every weekend.
